I had an average experience with Flight Centre Travel Group Canada. The website flightcentre.ca was easy to navigate and find information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The agent was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. I was also disappointed with the limited options available for my travel dates. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
