My experience with Costa Rica Vacations was average at best. While the initial booking process went smoothly, I found the website to be lacking important information. The hotels recommended were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The tours and activities were okay, but there was room for improvement. The overall service was satisfactory, but I expected more attention to detail. It was an average vacation, nothing exceptional.
