I recently used a realty group to help me find a new home, and I found the experience to be just average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I felt that the overall service was a bit lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on potential properties, and the communication could have been better. The agents were friendly, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to truly understand my needs and preferences. While I did eventually find a home through this realty group, the experience wasn't as seamless as I had hoped. I think there's room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
