I recently used the services of a local architectural firm for my home renovation project and decided to give Cole Group Architects a try. Overall, my experience with them was average. The company's website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, providing a good first impression. However, I found their communication to be lacking at times. It took a while for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and there were a few instances where my questions were not fully addressed. On the positive side, the team seemed knowledgeable and professional during our in-person meetings. They had some interesting design ideas and provided helpful suggestions throughout the process. The final result of the renovation was satisfactory, although it did take a bit longer than anticipated. In conclusion, while Cole Group Architects delivered an average experience, there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and clearer communication.
