I had a not so great experience with trasense.net. The product I ordered arrived late and was damaged during shipping. The customer service was slow to respond and didn't offer a satisfactory solution. I expected better from a reputable company like Trasense international corporation limited. I hope they take steps to improve their handling of such situations in the future.
