I must say that the Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Control Department of Lithuania is doing an outstanding job. Their proactive approach in controlling substance abuse deserves appreciation. The department's strict regulations and efficient enforcement ensure the well-being of the society. It is really heartening to see the positive impact they have made in reducing addiction rates. I highly recommend their initiatives to other countries as well.
