Recently went on a vacation to Costa Rica and used a travel agency to book everything. The vacation was good overall but there were a few issues. The website where we booked the trip was user-friendly and informative. However, the company could have provided more detailed information about the hotels and tours. Some of the activities we booked didn't meet our expectations. The company should improve the quality of the tours they offer. Nevertheless, we had a decent time exploring the beautiful country.
