I recently had the opportunity to work with this glass and mirror company while renovating my home. Overall, I found my experience to be average. The company website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services and products. However, the customer service was not exceptional as it took a bit longer than expected for them to respond to my inquiries. The glass and mirror products I ordered were of decent quality, but the installation process could have been smoother. The technicians were competent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed after the installation. It would have been better if the company had followed up to ensure complete customer satisfaction. In conclusion, Acl Glass & Mirror fulfilled their purpose, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
