I recently rented a property through this company and my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the property listings to be somewhat lacking in detail. The customer service was decent, but there were some delays in responding to my inquiries. The property itself was in good condition, but I did notice a few maintenance issues that I had to address myself. Overall, my experience was neither exceptional nor terrible. I would suggest some improvements in communication and property maintenance to enhance the overall customer experience.
