I am a customer of Teleconnect business services inc and I have to say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate but could use some improvements in terms of user experience. The billing process was a bit confusing for me, and it took some time to get everything sorted out. I appreciate their effort in resolving the issues, but there is definitely room for improvement.
