🧵 The stitch is an okay company for purchasing sewing supplies. The website (the-stitch.ru) is easy to navigate, and they offer a wide range of products for both beginners and professionals. However, the shipping time left something to be desired. It took almost two weeks for my order to arrive, and the tracking information wasn't updated regularly. On the positive side, the quality of the items I received was decent and they were true to the description on the website. The customer service could have been better though, as my inquiries took longer than expected to be answered. Overall, it was an average experience shopping with The stitch. I may consider ordering from them again in the future but with lower expectations. 🧵
