I recently purchased trophies from a company for an event. The quality of the trophies was excellent, and they were delivered on time. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. When I reached out to them with a question, it took them several days to respond, and even then, their response was not very helpful. Overall, I would recommend Golden Valley Enterprises for the quality of their products, but their customer service could use improvement.
