I have been a customer of Metro Washington Council...

I have been a customer of Metro Washington Council for several years now and I can honestly say that their services are average. While they have been able to meet my basic needs, I have often found their communication to be lacking. The website, dclabor.org, could use some improvement as well. Overall, I would rate their services as average, but I do appreciate their dedication to the community.
