I have been a customer of Srp federal credit union for over 5 years now and I must say that their services are average. While their website is user-friendly and their rates are competitive, I find their customer service to be lacking. I have had multiple instances where I had to wait for a long time to speak to a representative and their response time to emails is quite slow. Overall, I would rate Srp federal credit union as average.
