As a customer of Motion Project, I have had an average experience. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are decent, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiry. Overall, I would say that Motion Project is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
