I recently went on a vacation to Costa Rica through Costa Rica Vacations and overall it was a decent experience. The booking process was smooth, although the website could be easier to navigate. The hotels they recommended were comfortable and clean. However, the tour guides were just average and seemed unenthusiastic. I expected more personalized attention and knowledgeable guides. Nonetheless, I enjoyed exploring the beautiful beaches and rainforests of Costa Rica.
