As a CUSTOMER, I recently visited Mawthouq and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the overall design to be quite outdated. The rate of response was great though, as I received a prompt reply to my inquiry. The staff was polite and helpful, but the service could be improved. I had to wait longer than expected. Overall, it was an average experience.
