The staff and volunteers are dedicated and passionate about the work they do. I have had the opportunity to witness firsthand the positive impact Girls on the Run Hampton Roads has on these girls' lives, and it is truly amazing. The organization promotes both physical and emotional health, and helps girls build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.
