I recently visited the Cayman Islands and used several resources to plan my trip. Although the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism has a good website, I found that other sources provided more accurate and up-to-date information. The company's rate is average, and while the customer service was decent, I expected more in terms of personalized assistance. While the department's efforts to promote tourism are commendable, I feel they could improve their overall service quality.
