I had an average experience with the company. The website provided good information about their services. However, I was expecting more personalized assistance from the staff. It would have been great if they had assigned a dedicated representative to assist me throughout the process. Overall, I found the experience satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. I hope they take the feedback into consideration.
