I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel under Vina Hotels Group in HCMC 💼🏨✨ I must say, the experience was quite average overall. The hotel's website 🌐 was easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information one would need for reservations and bookings. However, upon arrival, I found the check-in process to be a bit chaotic and disorganized 😕 Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and tried their best to accommodate my requests. The room itself was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit outdated in terms of decor. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation 🚕📍🗺️ The amenities, such as the gym and pool, were satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would rate my experience with this hotel group as average. While it met my basic needs, it lacked the wow factor that would make me want to return in the future.
