I have been working with Hirise hr solutions private limited for over a year now, and I must say that the experience has been average. The company has a few good policies in place, but there is definitely room for improvement. The management needs to be more proactive in addressing employee concerns and providing timely feedback. The work atmosphere is decent, but there are times when it can get stressful. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
