I have been a tenant with Onit Property Management, Inc. for a few years now. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The staff is attentive and responsive, and any maintenance issues are promptly resolved. However, there have been a few instances where communication has been lacking, leading to delays in addressing certain concerns.
