The services provided by Op3 were average. While they did a decent job at organizing our event, there were a few areas where they could have improved. The event planning team lacked proactive communication, and we had to constantly follow up with them for updates. Additionally, there were a few miscommunications regarding the event schedule, which caused some confusion among our attendees. Overall, there is room for improvement, but the experience was satisfactory.
