I recently stayed at Immersion hospitality division and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but nothing extraordinary. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, I found the amenities to be lacking. Overall, it was an okay stay.
