I had a mixed experience with Vnu retail group. The website, venue.com, is easy to use and has a good selection of products. However, the customer service could be improved. I had an issue with one of my orders and it took them a while to resolve it. Despite this, I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue and I'm satisfied with the outcome.
