The company's website was easy to navigate and find information about their services. The customer service was friendly and responsive, answering all my inquiries promptly. However, I found the overall experience to be average. The prices were slightly higher compared to some of their competitors and the installation process took a bit longer than expected. Additionally, there were a few minor issues with the equipment which required additional technician visits. On the positive side, the security system itself is effective and provides peace of mind. Despite the aforementioned drawbacks, the company did show professionalism in handling the situation and resolving the issues. If they can improve their pricing and streamline the installation process, it would greatly enhance the customer experience. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not outstanding. 🤔
