I recently started using a new payment processing provider and decided to give this company a try. The signup process was fairly straightforward, and the customer service team was helpful in guiding me through the setup. However, I've encountered some technical issues with the online portal, and it can be cumbersome to navigate at times. The fees are competitive, but I have noticed some hidden charges that were not clearly communicated during the signup process. Overall, my experience has been average - not exceptional, but not terrible either. I hope to see improvements in the transparency of fees and the usability of the portal in the future.
