I recently had the opportunity to work with a kitchen renovation company, and I must say, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the necessary information. However, the overall customer service left much to be desired. The response time to my inquiries was not up to par, and there were times when I felt like I was being brushed off. The quality of the work was decent, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The installation process went smoothly, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards. Overall, my experience with the company was average. They delivered what they promised, but I wished for better communication and a slightly higher level of craftsmanship.
