I have been a customer of Ohio Casualty Group for several years now. I must say that their service has been average. While they are generally reliable, I have had a few minor issues with claims processing. The customer service team was mostly helpful in resolving these issues, but it still caused some inconvenience. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance company.
