I started doing pilates at this studio a few months ago and it has been a game-changer for me. The instructors are incredible and they create a positive and motivating atmosphere. The studio is spacious and well-equipped. I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture and overall strength since joining. I highly recommend Katia Pilates!
