Exelis s.r.l. is an average company overall. Although their website is well-designed and user-friendly, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I encountered several issues with my order and it took a long time to get a response from their support team. The products themselves are of decent quality, but not exceptional. I would consider buying from them again, but only if there are no other alternatives.
