I recently used the services of this production company for a video shoot and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services. The team was professional and well-prepared during the shoot. However, I did find the communication a bit lacking at times, as some of my emails took longer than expected to receive a response. Additionally, there were a few minor technical issues during the editing process that caused some delays in getting the final product. Nevertheless, the end result was satisfactory and met my expectations. I appreciate their efforts and would consider using their services again in the future, but with a hope of improved communication and smoother post-production process.
