Bank of New South Wales has been my bank for a long time, and overall, I am satisfied with their services. The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I faced difficulties with their online banking platform. It could be more intuitive and user-friendly. Despite that, I trust the bank with my finances and would recommend it to others.
