I recently visited the Murray center for some services and overall, my experience was average. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and did not go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the website was somewhat confusing to navigate and lacked important information. On the positive side, I appreciated the variety of services offered, which catered to different needs. The prices were also reasonable, which was a relief. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the service I received. Overall, I would rate my experience at the Murray center as average. I hope they can improve their customer service and website to provide a better overall experience for their clients.
