I recently hired this property management company to handle my rental property in Colorado. The website was easy to navigate, and their services are clearly outlined. 🏠 However, I found their communication to be lacking at times, and it took longer than expected to get updates on my property. While they did a satisfactory job overall, I would have appreciated more proactive and frequent communication. 📞 In terms of property maintenance, they were able to address issues in a timely manner, but I felt that there could have been more attention to detail. The staff was polite and professional, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer service. Overall, they provide a basic level of service, but there is certainly potential for enhancement in various aspects.
