As a customer, I recently visited the medical spa and found the services to be satisfactory. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. However, I was left feeling that the pricing for the treatments was a bit on the higher side compared to other similar spas I have visited. The spa ambiance was relaxing and clean, but I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of modernizing the facilities. Overall, my experience was average and met my basic expectations. If the company focuses on refining their pricing and updating their facilities, it could further enhance the overall customer experience.
