I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Fortuna kom ltd. The customer service was lacking and the team at Fortuna.bg was not responsive to my inquiries. The quality of the product I received was disappointing. I expected better from Fortuna kom ltd and I hope they make improvements to prevent similar experiences in the future.
