I have been a customer of Automated Trading Desk for several years now and I have to say their service is average. Their software is easy to navigate and they provide regular updates on market trends. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected to get a response to my queries. Overall, my experience with Automated Trading Desk has been satisfactory.
