As a customer, I recently booked a vacation through their website, and I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was straightforward. However, I encountered some issues with the payment process, as it seemed a bit slow and glitchy. Additionally, the customer service response time was a bit slower than I would have liked. On the positive side, the accommodations were comfortable and the location was beautiful. The amenities offered were decent, but I was hoping for a wider variety. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of the booking process and customer service.
