I had a mixed experience with User12. While their products are of good quality and the ordering process was smooth, their customer service could use some improvement. I had a couple of issues with my order, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. However, once I was able to get in touch with a representative, they were helpful in resolving the issues. Overall, I would recommend User12, but with the caveat that their customer service could be better.
