I had the opportunity to experience the healthcare services in the Araucanía Norte region. The overall service was average, nothing extraordinary. The staff was professional, but the waiting time was longer than expected. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus point. I hope they can improve their waiting time for a better patient experience.
