I have been practicing yoga for many years and Inspirit yoga studio is by far one of the best studios I have come across. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, and they create a safe and inclusive environment for all practitioners. The class sequences are well-designed, challenging both the body and mind. The studio space is clean and serene, providing a calming atmosphere for practice.
