I had a mixed experience with Toyota Motor Thailand, Co. Ltd. The car itself is great and I am satisfied with its performance. However, the customer service at the dealership was not up to the mark. There were delays in getting my queries answered and I felt that the staff was not very knowledgeable. I hope Toyota focuses on improving their customer service in the future.
