I recently had a somewhat disappointing experience with Fortuna kom ltd. While their products are of decent quality, the customer service was below my expectations. The team at Fortuna.bg was not as responsive as I would have liked and my inquiries took longer to be addressed. Additionally, the product I received had a minor defect. I hope that Fortuna kom ltd takes these criticisms constructively to improve their services.
