I recently purchased a mobile phone from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent variety of products to choose from. However, I did encounter a few issues. Firstly, the customer service was not very responsive. It took them quite some time to reply to my inquiries and I found their responses to be vague and unhelpful. Additionally, the delivery of my order took longer than expected. Despite selecting express shipping, it still took a few extra days for the package to arrive. On the positive side, the product itself was in good condition and matched the description provided on the website. Overall, I would say that this company is average.
