The customer service at this car dealership was decent 👍. The staff seemed friendly and attentive 😊, but there were a few hiccups during my visit. However, I felt that the inventory on their website was not accurately updated, as some cars I was interested in were no longer available 😕. The salesperson I worked with seemed knowledgeable, but there were some delays in getting the necessary paperwork completed 📝. Overall, the experience was average 😐. I appreciate their efforts, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and inventory management.
