The experience with this company was 🤷‍♀️. The website was easy to navigate, but that's about it. The customer service was just okay, nothing special. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiry, and even then, they didn't provide all the information I needed. The product I ordered arrived on time, so that was a plus. However, the quality was average at best. It didn't meet my expectations, and I had to return it. The return process was a bit tedious, but at least they refunded my money promptly. Overall, it was an average experience with this company. I probably won't be a returning customer. 😐
