I hired a design agency to work on my brand identity, and although the final result was decent, I felt that it lacked the unique touch I was expecting. The company did a good job in terms of technical execution, but the overall design lacked originality. I believe there are other agencies that can provide more innovative solutions. However, the communication with Beyond the Summit Print and Digital Design was smooth and prompt, and their website was easy to navigate.
