I have been banking with Banco de Venezuela for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. They have a decent range of banking products, but their customer service can be improved. I have had a few issues with their online banking platform, and it can be quite frustrating at times. Overall, they are a decent bank, but there is definitely room for improvement.
